Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Seb’s List website, API and MCP server (the “Service”). Suppliers who send listings are also covered by our supplier terms.

API access

• Access requires credentials we issue. Keep keys secret; you’re responsible for activity under them.
• Use listing data only to help end users find and contact rental suppliers. Don’t resell, republish in bulk, or use the data to build a competing listings database.
• Respect rate limits and don’t attempt to access data you aren’t authorized to see.
• Present listing details accurately, including freshness, and don’t imply a listing is available if it isn’t marked active.
• Comply with fair housing and consumer protection laws when presenting listings to users.

Data quality

Listings come from third-party suppliers. We verify suppliers and keep data current, but we don’t guarantee accuracy or availability. Users should confirm details directly with the supplier.

Changes and termination

We may change or suspend the Service, update these terms, or revoke access for violations. We’ll give notice of material changes to partners where practical.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
