- First-party, verified suppliers
- Every listing comes directly from a brokerage or management company whose email domain we've authenticated. Nothing is scraped from portals.
- Freshness on every record
- Each listing carries when and how it was last confirmed. Search returns only units confirmed in the last 7 days unless you ask otherwise.
- Provenance per field
- Know which values the supplier reported and which come from public records, like the building's location and neighborhood.
- Fees renters actually pay
- Rent, net effective rent, concessions, application and amenity fees, and who pays the broker fee, as separate fields.
- Hand-off, not lock-in
- When your user wants to tour or apply, request the supplier's contact. They reach the broker directly; we only log the referral.
- Built for agents
- Compact JSON, stable prefixed IDs, OpenAPI 3.1, RFC 9457 errors, rate-limit headers, and MCP tools with agent-oriented descriptions.
