What we collect

From suppliers: listing details, business contact information (names, work emails, phone numbers) and the emails you send us.
From partners: account and contact details, and API usage logs (requests, search parameters and results returned).
From website visitors: information you submit in forms, and standard server logs.

We don’t ask for or store renters’ personal information through the API. Search parameters sent by partners should not include personal data.

How we use it

To verify suppliers, organize listings and keep them current.
To provide listing data and supplier contact details to approved AI assistants and services.
To show suppliers the inquiries agents send them, and to secure and improve the Service.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, databases, email delivery and AI processing. AI processing uses providers that do not train on the data we send. Providers process data only on our instructions.

Retention and your choices

We keep data while it’s needed for the Service and for legal obligations. Suppliers can ask us to remove their listings and contact details at any time. To access, correct or delete your information, email privacy@sebslist.com.

Marketing emails

If we email you about listing with Seb’s List, every message includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs across all of our systems.
